Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service(s). No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment. Charges will only be applied in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. We understand that emergencies happen. We allow one courtesy late cancellation per client, but repeated violations may result in a requirement to prepay for future services.
